Fiscal Assistant

This position will be responsible for clerical-accounting work involving the application
of bookkeeping principles and practices. The incumbent of this position will be responsible for the input, review, balancing and management of the MR (Mental Retardation) software database and other MR applications. Duties will also include maintenance of excel spreadsheets, setting up and maintaining fiscal files, as well as other accounting/clerical related duties.
Minimum Experience and Training: Two years of experience performing bookkeeping or clerical-accounting work; or an associate degree in accounting or business administration including or supplemented by six credits in accounting; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Individual must have good computer skills with Excel, Word and Access. Competitive salary with excellent fringe benefits provided, commensurate with experience and education of the candidate.
