Case Management 

MCBHC's Case Management Department provides needs assessments, service planning, linkage to community supports and resources, service coordination and monitoring for individuals. Case  management services are voluntary. Service planning builds on the strengths of the individual with the overall goal of improving the client's independence in daily living. The MCBHC offers the following array of case management services:
