PAStop to opiate use

PaStop.org is Pennsylvania’s resource center for information on opiate use, addiction, treatment and prevention.

The Stop Opiate Abuse Campaign is directed by the Commonwealth Prevention Alliance (CPA) and developed by a workgroup of statewide partners, including the Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission, Inc. PaStop.org is designed to educate parents, teachers, family members and other caregivers about the risk of prescription painkillers and heroin use, the relationship between Prescription painkiller and heroin use, and what to do when you need help.

The campaign utilizes two themes: “Anyone can become addicted. Anyone.” and “Break the Connection.”

FREE materials are available including a parent toolkit, brochures, flyers, web ads, radio and video PSA’s, and outdoor advertising. Please visit PaStop.org for more information.
