2021 Student Assistance Program Training, K-12

August 26, 27 and September 3, 2021 8:00am to 3:30pm
The Student Assistance Program is celebrating 36 years of assisting Pennsylvania’s youth. SAP teams are strong in Mercer County and beyond and we appreciate all of your effort to assist your students. Participants attending this interactive three day training will understand and comprehend the four standards of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Student Assistance Program Training System. The training standards that will be mastered are:
- Foundations of Student Assistance in Pennsylvania
- The Student Assistance Team & Process
- Working Collaboratively to Engage Families & School Community Partners in the SAP Process
- Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health Issues
Credits: 21 Act 48 credit hours are being offered for this training. Note: Participants must attend the entire three-day training in order to receive credits and become certified.
Cost in county participant $325, out of county participant $375.

- August 28, 2020 8:00am to 3:30pm
- September 4, 2020 8:00am to 3:30pm
You will have 30 minutes for lunch on your own.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:
Registration fees will be refunded less a $50 fee for any cancellations made prior to Thursday, August 19, 2021. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this date or for no shows on the days of training. Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund. Please notify us in advance of any such changes.
